I’m wondering if you offer private butchering and packaging services? Our business sells produce from our farm to a wholesaler who distributes to the Canberra market. I would be interested to processing 10-20 lambs per week, with the occasional larger processing of up to 200 lambs. We aren’t currently processing beef but have plans to do so in the new year.
