Bravofoods is a leading wholesaler of quality meats servicing the hospitality sector across Sydney and other parts of New South Wales. We are an Australian owned, family business that started out as a small boutique wholesaler at Kirrawee in Sydney’s south and has since become a leading and trusted brand in the meat game.

Our journey began with our founder George Giannakos, a migrant from Greece, who passed down his knowledge and passion for the industry to his son Jason.

Since being established in 2010, the family morals of hard work, honesty and a passion for people are at the centre of everything we do. 

These values were instilled in George’s son Jason, who joined Bravofoods in 2011.

After learning the family business through the eyes of his father, Jason became one of the youngest Directors in the Industry in 2012 when he took over the company. 

Jason brought a wealth of knowledge from his corporate background and has established Bravofoods as one of Sydney’s most dynamic meat wholesalers, through a fresh approach of building strong relationships with Chefs and servicing our valued customers as the number one priority. 

Today, Bravofoods is a leading and trusted brand in the Sydney meat market, with a bright future that aligns itself with key suppliers industry wide, advancements in new technologies and a business built on experienced industry professionals from Butchers, to Chefs. 

Our growth is a complement to our valued customers and we strive to always be their number one in meats!

Our Team

With foundations dating back to 1968, our family has been serving Sydney’s hospitality and retail markets for more than five decades. 

At Bravofoods, we have a team of professional, skilled and accredited butchers on site to service our customers with premium quality, hand cut, gourmet meats. 

Our butchers hand prepare artisan meat cuts daily for our clients, cut to strict specifications. 

We believe in service and quality and have a knowledgeable sales team made up of leading Chefs that share a combined 50 years experience in the kitchen. 

We have Chefs that service Chefs in the industry, understanding their needs and providing recommendations and ideal meat options for their menus.

We are committed to working closely with our clients to provide a tailored service to any business.
