His time as a Lead Chef, Manager and food industry professional has seen him work with some of the most recognisable and premium brands in the business, such as Hard Rock Café and The Wests Group.
His extensive knowledge from a chef’s perspective gives our clients someone who understand the intricacies of our industry and the importance of bringing premium food products to the table.
Starting as a Chef at 16, Josh worked in kitchens for over 25 years, Roles including Catering companies, Restaurant Chains, running his own Café for 7 years, Working in London , as well as Ski resorts in Austria, Private chef on a Super yacht also a Cruise ship.
Josh wound up his Chef days, as the Exec Chef of 3 four & a half star Hotels. Looking for a change Josh moved into Food Service Sales, working in Fruit & Veg for 3 years, before moving into the meat industry 10 years ago. Josh prides himself on his in depth knowledge of high quality Meat , Poultry Game and Smallgoods.
