The son of George Giannakos, who began the Bravofoods journey, Jason is now proudly the Managing Director of Bravofoods. Having grown up with the business, his intuitive approach to client needs is the lynchpin of our growing company. He leads our experienced sales team, production personnel and valuable factory team to deliver on our promises at all times.
With his extensive Chef background, Christopher brings over 16 years of valuable experience to our team. His time as a Lead Chef, Manager and food industry professional has seen him work with some of the most recognisable and premium brands in the business, such as Hard Rock Café and The Wests Group. His extensive knowledge from a chef’s perspective gives our clients someone who understand the intricacies of our industry and the importance of bringing premium food products to the table.
Having 10 years’ experience as a butcher in retail and wholesale industries, Thomas is our expert in product recommendation, grading and sourcing to meet our clients’ needs. His advice on alternative lines and wholesaling of products enhances our ability to deliver an individualised service.
